Prioritizer
Requirements
This automation requires that you have a ticketing system configured. For additional context in determining priority, it is helpful to have a CRM configured as well to add customer information.
How it works
This automation gathers information from your ticketing system and other connected systems (such as a CRM) to help determine the overall priority of the issue. The priority is listed in a field labeled 'Sandgarden Priority Score' in the ticketing system.
On its own this number is not particularly useful, but Sandgarden also generates a ticket view (in Zendesk terminology) leveraging this score labeled 'Sandgarden Ticket Priority'. This view lets your engineers see a prioritized list of issues with the most urgent (lowest priority score) at the top.
