Requirements

This automation requires that you have a ticketing system, a bug tracking system, and at least one documentation source configured.

How it works

This automation monitors ongoing support issues and checks your existing documentation to see whether documentation on that topic is sufficient. If not, it generates suggested text for new or updated documentation to address the gap. The automation generates a new issue in the bug tracking system with the draft documentation, and links to it from the support issue via an internal comment.
